HI5 BUYOUT

HI5 is one more loss campaign for its owners because of the social networking ownership registered by Facebook. After Facebook’s arrival, none of the social networking sites were able to fight out with it. Whether MySpace or Orkut, all of them have ended up as big disasters.

After trying a lot to save HI5’s presence by interfacing it with social gaming, the owners of HI5 decided to sell it off to Tagged. Though the details of the deals are yet not out, it is being said that the owners had to suffer a big loss, if not same but equivalent to the $545 million loss suffered during the selloff of MySpace.
The CEO of Tagged, Greg Tseng has different plans to shape the future of HI5. Let us see if the social discovery technique which he wants to embed into HI5 is going to help it or not. Tagged and HI5 will have a common login for user.

Tagged has been a profitable venture for its owners.
